About us
Proko Yapı Endüstrisi (Proko Construction Industry) is an engineering, design and contracting company specialising in industrial and commercial buildings in concrete, steel, timber and combinations of the three.
We offer turnkey solutions, taking on every stage of a building from concept to completion. Even when we take on only part of a job, we put our command of the whole construction process to work for the client.
At every stage of the project
We provide services at every stage: from the site survey to the design drawings, from structural calculations to the production of prefabricated elements, and from landscaping to the interior design of the administration building.
We engineer buildings that combine steel, reinforced concrete and timber with our own engineers and crews, and we carry out the construction ourselves as well.
Our own fabrication workshop
Steel is the most widely used material in commercial and industrial buildings. We produce all structural steel elements in our own fabrication workshop, which has 1,200 m² of covered area.
Production is carried out with our machine fleet and technical staff on a ‘zero defects’ principle. Our own crew also erects the elements we produce on site, which reduces mismatches between processes and the margin for error.
What we build
Our work includes prefabricated steel and steel trusses on reinforced concrete substructures, foundations or steel frames, space frame roof systems, housing, office buildings, social facilities, industrial buildings, warehouses and sports complexes.
Our experience with timber and concrete, concrete and steel, timber and steel, a range of façade systems and space frame roofs helps different trades progress smoothly together on the same project.
Standards and approach
We prepare projects in line with international and local standards and engineering rules, according to the client’s expectations for quality, time and budget. We complete them with due regard for legal obligations, the environment, and architectural and aesthetic criteria.
We continue our research and development work to keep our organisation and equipment up to date.

Our guarantees
Once the project is complete and payment has been made, our workmanship is covered by our lifetime guarantee. Should our welding work, the steel components we produce or any structural element for which we handled the entire process become ‘unserviceable’ under reasonable and normal conditions of use, we undertake to restore it to ‘good condition’ by repairing or replacing it, at our discretion.
This guarantee does not cover equipment, parts and elements used in a manner other than that intended or expected by Proko. We reserve the right to determine whether a product or service alleged to be defective is in fact defective or has been misused.
We also undertake to complete the work as set out in our signed quote or order, within the period agreed in advance. Changes to the technical specification or to the conditions extend the delivery time; any additional time is agreed with the client.
The on-time delivery guarantee does not apply if completion of the work is prevented by obstructed access to the site, the unavailability of parts or raw materials from suppliers, delays in payments or any other cause beyond our control.
