For industrial buildings, we handle design, engineering, fabrication and construction either as a single package or separately, as the client prefers. Detailed design work lets us complete the job quickly, with the aim of getting companies operating in their new facilities as soon as possible.
We identify the fixed and moving machinery and equipment to be installed in the facility and the loads they place on the structure, and then select a structural system that suits the technical conditions. This is how we build long-span industrial buildings.
The combination we use most often is a steel-framed production area together with a reinforced concrete administration building. In the production area, steel lets us create the widest open working space the site allows, free of partitions; for the administration building, we choose a comfortable reinforced concrete structure with low heating and cooling costs.
