Data controller
This notice has been prepared by Proko Yapı Endüstrisi İnşaat Metal Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi (‘Proko’) in its capacity as data controller, pursuant to Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

Personal data we process
When you use the contact form on our website, we process the following data:
- First name and surname
- Company name
- Email address
- Telephone number
- The subject you select and the content of your message
- Your IP address, for a short period, to prevent misuse of the form
Purposes of processing
We process your data in order to respond to your request, communicate with you, prepare a price quote, assess your job application and keep the form secure.
Method of collection and legal grounds
Your data are collected electronically when you fill in the contact form.
Responding to your request and preparing a quote are based on the legal ground in KVKK Article 5(2)(c): the processing of personal data of the parties to a contract is necessary, provided that it is directly related to the conclusion of that contract. Keeping the form secure and responding to general enquiries are based on the legal ground in KVKK Article 5(2)(f): processing is necessary for our legitimate interests, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.
Transfer
The information you send through the form is forwarded to us by email from the server on which our website is hosted. Our corporate email infrastructure is provided by Yandex.
As the servers of our email service provider may be located abroad, your data may be transferred abroad. Such transfer is carried out under KVKK Article 9, in accordance with the conditions set out in the Law.
Apart from this, we do not share your data with third parties; where there is a legal obligation, they may be shared with the competent public authorities and institutions.
Retention period
We retain your data for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the periods laid down in the relevant legislation. When this period ends, your data are erased, destroyed or anonymised. IP addresses processed for security purposes are used only for short-term rate limiting of submissions and are not kept longer than this purpose requires.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to apply to us in order to:
- learn whether your personal data are being processed;
- request information about the processing if your data have been processed;
- learn the purpose of processing and whether your data are being used in line with that purpose;
- know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom your data have been transferred;
- request rectification if your data have been processed incompletely or inaccurately;
- request erasure or destruction of your data under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK;
- request that third parties to whom your data have been transferred be notified of any rectification, erasure or destruction;
- object to an outcome against you that results from the analysis of your data exclusively by automated systems;
- claim compensation if you suffer damage as a result of unlawful processing.
How to apply
You can send requests concerning your rights by email to info@prokoyapi.com.tr or in writing to Altayçeşme Mh. Toygun Sk. No: 1 Kat: 4, 34843 Maltepe / İstanbul. Your application must include enough information for us to verify your identity and must state your request clearly.
We will resolve your request free of charge as soon as possible, depending on its nature, and within 30 days at the latest. If the process involves an additional cost, a fee may be charged in accordance with the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board.
